Consent to Media Use

I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participant, or I have the authority to provide this consent on their behalf.

I consent to the recording, photographing, and use of all materials related to the participant's involvement in the EVL Premier League. This includes audition submissions, performances, interviews, promotional content, and any other recordings or images captured during all stages of the league.

I understand that these materials may be used, edited, and shared across EVL platforms, as well as partner and sponsor platforms, including websites, social media, advertising materials, and other promotional channels, both digital and print.

I acknowledge that this consent remains valid regardless of the participant's status in the competition, including if they are not selected, eliminated, withdraw, or after the league has ended. I also understand that these materials may be used in future EVL seasons and related projects.

I confirm that I have the full legal right and authority to grant this consent.
